Attendance and Updates
Meetings take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 – 9:00, and Saturday from 9:00 – 2:00. Any updates about meeting times, canceled meetings or other events can be found on the “Heja” app (team code: CU-247805) as well as on the updates page. Also, your attendance to meetings is imperative to the teams success, but we understand things may come up. If you are not able to attend a meeting, please note this on the “Heja” app, so that we can get a better understanding of who is coming to each meeting.
These apps will be used for communication within the team, such as meeting updates, general information and direct contact for everyone within the team. We strongly recommend that every team member signs up for each app, so as to stay up to date on all things relating to the team. (click on app image to join team’s profile)
